Poll question: Which Sake would you have to try ?
Edited on Sat Dec-26-09 10:40 PM by AsahinaKimi
Perhaps its true you can't tell a book by its cover, but how about being attracted by the name of a Sake? Which brand name would make you want to try it out? These are actual names of Japanese Sake..

2. I'd go with the Suishin...
As Sake gives me the warmest buzz of any liquor, Drunken Heart sounds about right.

5. You're supposed to drink it cold, unless it's cheap sake.
It is only drunk warm in Japan during the winter (sometimes) or when it's so cheap that you want to mask the flavor. Good sake is drunk chilled or at room temperature. Americans think it is drunk hot partially because of James Bond, and partially because sake was discovered by most westerners during WW II, when shortages meant that most sake was so bad that they drank it warm.
