Jeff Bridges: so completely underrated
I'm watching Iron Man right now and can hardly believe that I'm watching The Dude torture the captain of the Kelvin. And this guy also was Starman, the hero in Tron, Tucker, the protagonist in Fisher King, and a washed-up country singer. I believe him in every role.

Jeez, this comes across awfully fangirlish. I'm never like that usually.

11. I dunno. I'm kinda disappointed in the job he's doing so far. He's forgotten the people
who got him where he is today...

24. I wonder if he thinks it's odd that his definitve, iconic role
was a box office flop nearly 3 decades into a pretty successful career.

I can't think of any other actor that has happened to.

Watched "Fearless" a couple weeks ago, and he's even able to act like he can understand when Rosie Perez speaks!

He's really great in "Tucker" too... a very underrated movie.

7. My mom made me watch Tucker
and I was really surprised at how well made it was. Being a car gal, I knew the story, but never had it told to me. I'll have to check out Fearless.

9. I suppose that's relative. He's certainly rated higher than the
300 million or so other Americans that haven't starred in any major motion pictures :)

Just for info, I say that as a fan - it just happened to strike me as funny.
