Update on Pickles the cat
She went to the vet today and he said that everything he had written in Pretzel's chart could just be transferred over to hers, right down to the hyperthyroidism and a bad tooth. (I can't believe I missed yet another bad tooth. Granted she doesn't smell bad and isn't drooling, but man you'd think it would at least come to mind.)

She isn't having it out for another month. I am starting her on her pill today and I am hoping that will help bring her weight back up, although it will be a struggle what with her tooth and all. :(

Please send her some comfort vibes. Poor old thing must feel just terrible.

6. I can tell it's the pain that is keeping her from chowing down. I tried
watering the wet food down for Pretz back so he could just slurp it when he had this problem, but he just said "No, Mommy!" and ran off. Do you think if I finely dice little bitty chunks for her that she might get them down?

12. I hope Pickles will relish eating again
and not feel cucumbered by the dill pain in her tooth. (Sorry, couldn't resist. I just love the names of your cats!)
Of course, though my puns deserve punishment, I send feeling-better vibes to your dear old girl. I wonder if she'd like mashed chicken livers-they are inexpensive, soft, and my cousin's cat loved beef liver when he was old, but it is harder to chew.

17. Oy! So many puns, I dunno if I can ketchup with you! As to the names
their momma was Pepper, so it seemed fitting to keep up with the trend. :D

18. Thank you! My poor little beautiful girl weighed in at only 6 and a half pounds. She should be
around 7 and a half or 8 I think.
