Anybody watching the Winter Classic today?

So cool to have a hockey game in Fenway Park. I'm loving it!

1. Yes. I would rather watch that than any of the bowl games.

Even though I'm not a fan of either the Flyers or Bruins.

But even if I wasn't, it's just too cool to have a hockey game taking place in a storied ballpark. I've been to Fenway many times, for Red Sox games and for a Springsteen concert. If I didn't hate the cold so much I'd want to be there today. It's only a few miles away from me.

I didn't see him. Does he do the Canadian broadcasts? Man, I used to love that guy when he was coached the Bruins years and years ago.

9. He does the CBC Hockey Night In Canada broadcasts

Going on 30 years; he's turned into a Howard Cosell-type on the sense that he's a love him/hate him figure now here, but he's a huge part of the pop cultural fabric, too.

Hell, he was coach of the Bruins when I saw my first game at the Gaahden back in 1974 (Bruins scorched the Blues, 7-0, Orr had a hat trick).

That's why I was curious about his age. That and the fact that he seemed awfully old in that Hockey Night clip.
