1. Because of the weather?

It's actually been pretty hateful up here (I'm in San Jose) of late, though we did see a little sun this afternoon.

2. near SF we were cloudy all day with rain/drizzle for most of it

not a day to envy the weather here, although it was in the low 50's.

4. Sometimes I think I might miss San Francisco, or that I do miss

San Francisco, but, I have been back from time to time, but basically have been gone for 40 years, since I lived there, and I like Los Angeles better, for one reason, well maybe two. Warm weather, nicer weather.

5. I work in the city

but live in the East Bay (best of both worlds, imo). After reading other posts about -25 degrees here and -30 here, I can understand the SF weather envy. However summer in the city is not that great. You got to admit that fog in July is just weird.
