http://www.azstarnet.com/sn/hourlyupdate/324464.phpA Chandler man who authorities say sped through speed-enforcement zones
— sometimes standing with his head out of the sunroof — was arrested today.
Richard Anthony Flores Jr., 25, is facing two counts of reckless driving and one
count of criminal speed, according to a news release from the state Department of Public Safety.
He was booked into the Maricopa County jail.
The criminal charges stem from three specific incidents, according to the DPS. During the first incident,
Flores was driving 90 mph in a 65 mph zone.
The other two incidents are more unusual. Flores was photographed by speed enforcement cameras
speeding while standing through his open sunroof. He was the only person in the car in both instances.
