I should be able to get a subsidized loan on my asbestos leaking, strip wired, termite infested, fire trap of a shack. Assuming that I can't pick the kind of the housing that's best for me is condescending. Only really pathetic control freaks would try to regulate housing standards through such a blatant attempt to bully the poor whom they clearly don't give a shit about.

All public programs should be administered with a leaf blower and a bottomless stack of bills. How dare the nanny state think it has the right to use public funds to accomplish specific goals and to restrict activities that run counter to those goals?
