Who was the last kicker to score a touchdown? I only know of one, Chester Marcol of the Green Bay Packers who pulled it off in 1980.

One passing and one rushing--he's a punter, though. (He's also the holder for the placekicker, and his two touchdowns came on fake field goals.)
I know Josh Brown passed for a touchdown a few years ago on a fake field goal. And Jim Turner scored a touchdown catching a pass on a fake field goal for the Broncos back in the 1970s. (Go Broncos! :))
