4 Ativans, 1 Vicodin, 1 Flexeril ... maybe I'll sleep for more than 2 hours tonight

It's kind of surprising how badly bone spurs on the ends of the clavicle can mess up the ability to sleep. Throw in an elbow possessed by demons, and it all adds up to very minor problems causing much unhappiness (though sawing off the last 1/2 inch of my clavicle is being considered, so maybe it's not completely minor, but other people have to deal with much worse).

1. I just got over a pulled neck muscle

It was almost impossible to lift my head off the pillow. Could have used some flexeril then!
