How do you pronounce " Timucuan?" Floridians or others, can you

1. Hell I grew up in Florida and I've heard it pronounced two ways.

ti-muh-kwan

Listening to an audiobook and the reader says, "tim- uh- can." :shrug:

4. I hear radio commercials for the town Kissimmee which use a

different pronunciation than I'm accustomed.

Next they'll say Florida is the Sun Shimmer State.
