How are you today?

Yesterday after the swim class my legs felt all wobbly ... guess I had a good work out. Amazingly no muscle ache today though :)

Today I will vanish in between. My boss had b.day last week and today he brought some cake and we will sit together and have some champagne and cake. So if I don't reply that is why.

It sure sounds like you had a good work-out. I'm glad you enjoy swim class. The water is so much easier on your joints with less impact therefore no sore muscles the next day!

I went into a sauna once wearing a swimsuit and this older German frau yelled at me to take it off! Tell me they let you wear a swimsuit while you are doing your water workout???

Americans are so self conscience when it comes to being naked in front of other people. We're prudes. It's drilled into us from birth, especially for women. Maybe when I'm old and saggy and don't give a shit anymore, I'll go naked too and just let it all hang out.

I suspect you are gone eating cake and drinking champagne. Not a bad way to spend a work day. ;)

My book club members loved the meatless meatballs that I brought. Everyone brings something to our meetings, and it all seems to fit in the end. We also had a good discussion of the book. :)

Glad to hear that you enjoyed swim class. The key to exercise, and keeping it up, is finding something you like. Hmmmmmm . . . and I did read the swimsuit comments. :rofl:
