My 2004 Camry's windshield wiper fluid dispenser doesn't work. Is there

a fuse to replace that will fix this, or do you have to replace the windshield wiper dispenser unit?

You might also want to check to see if there's a clog somewhere in the tubing, or in the opening where the fluid squirts out.

I've had the fluid freeze in the tubing. I've also had a break in the tubing.

The discount lube places dilute the windshield wash they refill with water. Once you get the blue tinted water out of the reservior, refill it with Rain-X de-icer, or similar premieum windshield wash. Then have someone try the washers with the hood open, so you can listen for the pump. With the current weather, it may be necessary to get the car into a warm place to thaw the lines out. Also, the nozzles may have had water freeze at the tip - sometimes a hair dryer will help, if you can't get the car indoors. Crusty New Englanders have been known to use a "kittle" of boiling water to thaw out the whold cowl area - but only if they don't have to pay for the cracked windshield!

A true story: My uncle "Tiny" is a real carachter, and a 30+ year petroleum hauler. When he was on "light duty" (rotator cuff) backalong, his bosses hooked him up with a box trailer of cheap windshield wash, to deliver to c-stores in Maine. There were notes stuck all ove the pile that it was not to be taken for use - he thought they were on about pilferage, and carefully took a damaged bottle and filled the wash reservior on the tractor, as it was a sloppy day out. By the time he gets to the first stop, the washers have frozen up! "So there I am, with a truckload of De-icer, scrubbin' the windshield with snow.....I did'nt know they made blue Kool-aid!"

I'd say that the first step in troubleshooting this is to find out if the wiper fluid motor is still running. If so, then you are likely looking at one of the above mentioned issues/solutions. If not, could be a fuse, wiring or the motor is shot. 2004 Camry? I'm betting that it's not the motor.
