1. I've never seen so many ugly 1st designs
Unless I have a rosy view of past shows, I thought some of the worst were not in the bottom three.

I did dig the winner's dress, though. I picked it out during the runway show.

I also hope Ping stays around past a few weeks.

3. They picked my favorite dress for the win but
I thought Ping was a goner. I'm glad they're back in NYC!

4. Alley liked the winning dress, I thought that Ping is the most interesting designer.
I don't thing she is "mainstream" enough to go all the way. I think the 30 something woman that had the jacket skirt blouse is the most talented and is my early pick for the winner

The guy from Georgia or Mississippi is pretty funny, but is bound to piss off the judges, and get wacked for it.

6. i thought that woman's outfit should have been in the top 3, at least...
i really didn't like the design school grad that won last season- she was good at her craft, but left a lot to be desired as a person.

5. not a great showing for the first challenge
I thought most of the dresses were rather bad, some for design reasons and others for construction reasons. Some for both. Of course, I'm far from an expert, but that's how it seemed to me.

Still, could be a good season. I'm glad they're back in New York, and it certainly looks like there's some talent there, it just didn't necessarily play out well in the first challenge. :)

7. I haven't found a reason to back any of the designers so far

8. I think this season will be more interesting than the last.
I am kind of intrigued by some of the designers but it's way too early to back a favorite.

I'm glad the show is back in New York where Kors and Garcia can be on more regularly.

9. I liked Ping the best...
She really has an interesting approach; it's nice that her portfolio isn't just yet another little black dress....

10. I just watched it.
The winning dress really was the best looking one. They picked right.

I don't think the losing dress was at all the worst, maybe it was just the most boring, that's all.
