My grandma just passed the other night

She was 95. Sure, there's a body still breathing on life support in the hospital. But some time in the night she had a stroke, and is now braindead. The doctors are just waiting for everything to shut down.

First my Aunt and now Grandma.

I am sick of all this death...

15. I feel for you

Last year was like that for our family, Grandma then Mama. It's very hard not to think about death almost obsessively when it hits so hard in a short period of time. I still have a bit of trouble not thinking of it. I mean not just thinking about lost loved one's but also thinking about death itself. I just try not to keep second guessing what could have gone differently or blame and try to realize it just is. Just know that you were lucky to have had her and try to celebrate her life. I hope you can cope okay while you wait for time to do it's healing work because all told life is much more pleasant to think about.

My grandfather passed away one year ago this coming Tuesday(the 19th). He was in very poor health and it was expected but it is still very hard to deal with. You are in my thoughts. :hug:
