The Dead Weather - wow, just WOW!
It's interesting seeing different generations' takes on 'classic rock.'

The 90's gave us Mad Season

The 00's give us The Dead Weather

What can be understood is that "loud" became our interpretation, even though each iteration had its own hallmark style.

And this album defintely makes both "loud,""scary," and "melodic" its hallmarks.

Check it out.

Oh yeah, and Jack White is in the band.
