You know a really good diet? Its called Stomach Bug!
I think I lost 10 pounds in the last 3 days! I actually LOOK like I've been puking over the toilet for 2 days!

My stomach still hurts. I tried to eat a sandwich today and I couldn't make it through. I didnt puke but it made my stomach hurt.

2. I lost fifteen pounds on that diet a few years ago.
As soon as I got better I took lots of pictures, I looked fantastic until I got my appetite back. :P

Try eating mostly soup for a few days until your digestive system wakes up a bit more. Maybe some rice if you need something more filling.

3. My gentleman friend got injured and they had to rebuild his jaw.
Three months ago he developed a bone spur and is in a lot of pain. He can't eat,all he can do is drink soup. He has lost 25lbs! He is hating the pain, but loving the weight loss.

4. Soup. Get the soup going, to keep up your nutrition. Any kind that
you can stomach, or keep down.
It may be a flu bug, or it may be some type of food poisoning. That sometimes masquerades as flu.
But don't let your nutrition level get too low. You need to get the food going again to get your strength up to get better.

5. When I'm that way, I do a lot a fluid: herbal tea, ginger ale, very cold and somewhat diluted orange
juice with just enough salt to cover the acid flavor.

6. I lost 8 right before Christmas
and I actually kept it off because food still doesn't appeal to me.

Maybe I've actually found a diet that works! ;)

Hope you feel better soon!

8. Your post reminds me of my favorite quote
from The Devil Wears Prada...

"I'm on this new diet. Well, I don't eat anything and when I feel like I'm about to faint I eat a cube of cheese. I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight."
