I saw a youtube vid where a guy microwaved a full bottle of gin, and it didn't even really damage the microwave when the bottle blew up. It definitely didn't blow up the microwave and blow a hole in the wall behind it.

foil and a large quantity of liquid might just do the trick

It sparks a little, but that's about it. Even if those sparks were to ignite the alcohol in the wine, I don't think it would explode like that.
