I am not a very good caregiver

My Grandmother fell this morning and I couldn't hear my Grandfather trying to call because I was still sleeping.

Jason is a nightowl so I tend to stay up until 3 or 4 am and sleep until noon.

I am going to have either start going to bed earlier and be up when they are up or rig up some kind of panic alarm that would be LOUD and activated with a simple push of a button. I can't hear my cellphone when I am asleep.

Anyway, for now I am going to start going to bed earlier. This will mean less Jason time for me. :-(
