Have you ever recommended music here in the Lounge?

If you were the one who recommended "Bad Side of a Good Time" by Drag the River, I salute you, because I bought the album a couple months ago and I'm listening to it right now as I do some work. I LOVE it. It fits in very well with some of my favorite music (Joe Henry's "Short Man's Room" could back it, IMO, if you're looking for a recommendation).

And if you were the one who recommended "L'Homme du Marais" by Les Negresses Vertes a couple weeks ago, I bought that album too after falling in love with that song, and I use it to edit to. I never, ever, ever would have ever found this band if you hadn't put up the OP with the youtube video to that song in it.

I'm sorry I don't remember either poster who put these up, but just wanted to thank you both!
