1. I'm trying to get myself tired enough to sleep, so no alcohol,
other than what's in the valerian tincture ;)

I love music with lots of percussion, though, like belly dance music :)

And, yes, it's a great workout. I never feel tired when I am dancing when I am drunk. :bounce:
I did my cardio dance workout today already, although I wasn't drunk.
