I got my labs back today

400+ T-cells!! YAAAAAY!!! Viral load is a little up, but we can work on that. I will still be around to bug everyone for awhile. :-)

Bad lab results can make me feel physically worse than I felt
before I heard the numbers. Good results make me feel stronger,
lighter, happier, healthier... I joke with the clerical staff on the
way out, greet people in the hallway, hold doors open for folks.

Seriously, it's great to hear a success story like yours. It's amazing what newer therapies have meant to people living with the virus. I am stunned every time I see Magic Johnson on TV, at just how healthy he looks, and it gives me hope. I just wish these meds had been available sooner, before my wife lost her uncle Dom or her cousin Russell. The world is a less beautiful place without them.
