Everyone,
I am new here and just wanted to say a word of thanks to each
and every person who posts at DU. I have been lurking for a long
time and finally decided to come out of the closet of silence.

I used to be a very shy person, completely unable to engage in
any type of debate. Whenever I tried I would become very tongue
tied and upset. Since I have been hanging out here and gathering
facts and boning up on things, I have turned into a different person.
I proudly admit that I can now verbally bitch slap even the most
rabid right winger into next week with my facts.

So, thanks everyone. I really appreciate everyone who posts
here and your incredible grasp on what I perceive to be the truth
about our current political situation.
