Himberre Himmel Weissbeir is bottled and carbonating.
I'm not sure if it will be any good, as the canned raspberries were two years past their Best By date.

And yes, for those anime fans who know a bit of German here, yes, the beer's name is a reference to Azumanga Daioh.

2. I was taught in my German class that they were phasing out the ß.
Some sort of German Language spelling reforms.

3. They did for some,
and you're right (I'm Swiss-German, we fortunately don't have this awkward 'ß',) since I'm looking right now at an opened bottle of 'Franziskaner.' It says 'Weissbier' on it. I apologize, although both spellings are still right. :hi:
