Well there goes the theory of evolution

1. Evolution defined:

This quote is from a letter from Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, from 1979, when he was being kept locked in solitary confinement in an underground cell for a crime he did not commit.

3. Yes, an amazing guy.

That was from one of the many long letters he wrote me during that period. I've kept all of them. The post on here reminded me of that section, for some reason, and so I dug that letter out. It's strange to think that was 25 years ago. Time flies.
