4. I am a slave to Tagalongs
The rest of them I don't really care about, except for maybe Thin Mints, but I could fill my freezer with Tagalongs and, with the aid of a gallon or two of milk, empty it within a week.

Heroin, be the death of me
Heroin, it's my wife
and it's my life
Because a mainer to my vein
Leads to a center in my head
And then I'm... better off dead

Cinnaspin, be the death of me
Cinnaspin, it's my wife
and it's my life
Because a Thin Mint to my vein
Leads to a center in my gut
And then I'm... bigger of butt

11. Thin mints and samoas
I open a box, there's a blank period in my memory, then all of a sudden I'm covered in crumbs and the box is empty.

And I'm happy! :-)

They are evil because they taste so good.

That is what's kept me from buying Girl Scout cookies in the past.

16. "Shepherd's Pie, peppered with actual shepherd."
My favorite lyric from Sweeney Todd, that wonderful musical devoted to cannibalism.

18. Where have you been all my life?
Sweeney Todd is quite possibly the best musical of all time.

Have you seen the concert with George Hearn and Patti Lupone? It's FABULOUS!

'It's priest, have a little priest...'

21. I think it may well be..and I'm glad to find a fellow believer.
My children have frequently lost patience with me when I go on about how good it is.
I've seen a local production here in Philadelphia (very fine) and the filmed stage version with Angela Lansbury and Len Cariou...which was great...but I can imagine Gorge Hearn and Patti Lupone would be astounding, too.
Is there a DVD around of that concert?t I'll have to find it.

You've just reminded me of how brilliantly Sondheim sets his lyrics..."PRIEST! Have a little PRIEST" turns "priest" into a knife point.
Among a million other artful things...
Cheers.

25. I believe the DVD is still available.
I actually saw the stage version with Angela Lansbury and Len Cariou live on Broadway. My senior choir class went to New York City on a field trip. I really liked it then, but after I saw the Johnny Depp movie, it really renewed my interest in it.

I bought the special edition of the movie on DVD (watched it MILLIONS of times - hubby is like your children - he will shoot me one day), my friend loaned me his Patti Lupone concert DVD, THEN friend took me to see a local production for my birthday last year.

Look on either e-bay or amazon for a copy of the concert. You will not regret it.
Until then, for you viewing pleasure:

23. For some reason I'm immune to the lure of Thin Mints
I suppose I should be grateful. But I could get sucked in by a box of the cinnamon ones, I suspect! (One good thing about the feud with our nextdoor neighbor is that his daughters don't try to sell us GS cookies anymore--better for the waistline--haven't had any in about three years.)
