Name a movie sequel you'd LIKE to see
For me, it's time they released Robocop 4--where we learn OCP had recovered Ann Lewis' body after the Rehabs shot her and the hot mad scientist turned her into a Robocop. No Robofucking (what would be the Robopoint?) but they go back to fighting drug kingpins and there's enough gratuitous violence to make everyone happy.

1. The Before Sunrise/Before Sunset Threequel!
I loved those movies. I want Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy to find a way to be together again! I don't know what the title would have to be! Loved those two!

12. Not sure about curmudgeonly, but psychotic is likely...might be soon:
"...the original 1976 classic Taxi Driver appeals to multitudes of genre fans because in it star Robert Deniro gives one of the most unsettling performances of a psychopath ever put to film. Now word has come out of Berlin that Deniro, director Martin Scorsese, and Antichrist's Lars Von Trier are all teaming to bring us an update of the uber-violent film."

27. Now that could be interesting...
Truman goes into the real world. In Trumanville everything was built around him, but that's obviously not the case in the real world. No one will hire him because he doesn't have any marketable skills--his entire life has been scripted, and he doesn't know how to act outside of a controlled environment. He longs for the stability of Seahaven Island but it's been turned into a combination tourist attraction/condominium for people who loved the show's faux-Americana theme and want to live that way--and Truman can't afford to move there. (This has been done in real life; look up Celebration, Florida, some time.) I don't think paparazzi and notoriety would be a huge problem after a few months because he's pretty boring.

But yeah, that could work.

30. I remember the first time I watched Truman... and I was
DEFINITELY left with those questions. I know the girl that had "signaled" to him would be waiting.. But what about the rest of the world.

18. Godfather IV
What happens to the Coleone family after Michael dies? Could be a cool dual plot line similar to Godfather II, comparing their rise in the late 20's / early 30's to how they survive in the 80's/90's.

21. Close Encounters Of The Third Kind.
What happens to the Richard Dreyfuss character? He leaves his family, hops on a spaceship and disappears.

Spielberg has said he'd never film that ending nowadays as he has a family, he was single when he made CE3K.

22. Unbreakable
It was supposed to be a trilogy, but the average box office performance of the movie put that to bed. Not many people liked this one for whatever reason. I think it's unique in it's own way.

31. The Subtle Knife and The Amber Spyglass
Unfortunatley...

1. Dakota Blue Richards is too old to play Lyra

2. They did a goddamn hatchet job on The Golden Compass and completely fucked up the ending

3. I always felt the trilogy was better suited for an animated series than live-action.

4. Golden Compass tanked at the box office.

5. They should have done what Peter Jackson did with LOTR and shot all three films at once.

38. Superman Returns sequel
Unfortunately it's not going to happen. With the smashing success of Batman Begins and the Dark Night, Warner wants to reboot Superman. Whether THAT is going to happen is a up in the air (pun intended). You can read more at the Wikipedia article about the Superman films.
