3. My family were Guins when they lived in Wales. They emigrated to Ireland and became O'Gwynns.
Then they came to the States...

St. David of Wales, but the church, convent, rectory, and grade school buildings have been closed and abandoned for about 20 years now.

Happy St. David's Day!

My grandma's family were Evans from Port Talbot and settled in Hyde Park, Scranton, PA. Very Welsh-speaking in those days.
