PHOTO: One more from the Taqueria...grilled marinated tilapia filet
My latest client...I wanted to take a picture of this on Saturday but they were out of it.

2. All of the food photos on the menu above the counter are green
Bad photos, you can see the image, but there is a universal green tint. Even so, I told the owner "we need to get a photo of the tilapia." After I left the restaurant today, I called her (she was out of town) and said "There's no WAY I expected it to look THIS good." It was just amazing.
