Dear HR Managers, If You Place Your Openings with More Than One Recruiter |

Then your opening will be advertised more than once on online job boards, which means that you will get multiple submissions from one candidate for the same opening.
Here's my advice:
1) You could just post the opening yourself on an online job board without going through a recruiter at all which will save you money.
2) You could just place your opening with ONE recruiter which will eliminate multiple submissions.
3) You could live with multiple submissions without getting all upset.
That is all.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why companies don't just post their own jobs on the job boards. I've got my own issue - I recently discovered my own job posted online ~20 times through all sorts of recruiters. It is obviously my job. The company I work for claims to have no idea of why it's out there.
