Poll question: Is there a Quentin Tarantino Film you'd like to see Get More Respect?

I have omitted PULP FICTION from this poll because it got plenty of respect.

1. I thought the Kill Bills were seriously underrated.
They are genius, both in their originality and homage to the genre.

4. Tony Scott did a FABULOUS job and rewrote the end.
In Tarantino's original screenplay, Clarence died.

5. Inglourious Basterds was a very well made movie.
Even if you take away the very interesting story, the simple parts that made up the film were excellent. The scenes are beautifully filmed. The dialogue is fantastic. The actors give great performances. In total, it is a very good and very well made film.

7. I'm actually kind of glad that so many morons hate his movies.
Pretty much everything he's done is a masterpiece.

11. That was a Robert Rodriguez film.
Tarantino just had the cameo.

12. Other - From Dusk Till Dawn
Directed by Rodriguez and written by Tarantino, I think it is his best.

13. Jackie Brown. It was what it was, ya know?
Every QT film doesn't have to be "Reservoir Dogs" or "Pulp Fiction." If they were, he wouldn't be Tarantino...he'd be every other damned hack director in Hollywood.

Some of his stuff, to me, really really sucks. Like "Death Proof." Too much talking, closeups of feet, and gratuitous violence. My review in 25 words or less.

But Jackie Brown?

There were some subtle moments in there, specifically Michael Keaton's "We want to HELP you, Jackie" facade...he didn't want to help anyone but himself. Bridget Fonda was hot on a molten level, DeNiro played against his usual persona...in this film, he was nothing but a fuckup. Jackson was pretty funny and the soundtrack was one of Tarantino's best.
