RIP my beloved iPOD: 2005-2010

My iPod died the other day. It has been my constant companion these last 5 years. Used it daily, went through 3 batteries. It was the 30 gb iPod "photo", for those of you who are iPod fans.

First song it played:

3. LOL, well, yes, as a matter of fact I do! Didn't realize that they

dominated my top 10 so much though!

I think it's probably from using it during parties & other get-togethers, playing songs people recognize & will head-bob along.

Maybe my next 10 will be a little more varied:

It's the one gadget that I put on my "things to rescue in case of fire." Of course, it came AFTER the hubby, dogs, and my guitar (I even put my plants above it, although it's easier to grab than they).

7. LOL! Seems appropriate somehow. But I'll probably take advantage

of Apple's "recycling" program, where you get 10% off the cost of a new one for turning in your old one.
