Do you subscribe to *premium* cable tv channels?
Which ones? Do you get anything out of them or are they a waste of money?

3. No - NONE of my money goes to those corporate bastards
Not that I'm totally pure, my money goes to different corporate bastards - in my case, verizon for DSL. :-)

4. I get HBO, for the original series.
Sopranos. Curb Your Enthusiasm. Etc. Ten bucks a month--less than a single movie ticket.

6. Nope
I used to have all the premium movie channels on DREC-TV
and I dropped them all.
Turner Classic Movies and International Film Channel
are enough for me.

7. ALL of them except the Playboy Channel and the sports package...
I almost never watch TV, but I can't stand to have my options limited :)

8. since we NEVER watch news or series programming we only watch
our premium channels... we get THEM ALL.

Costs a freaking fortune too.

BUT we sure do like all the choices... from the cooking channel, travel channel, HGTV, Animal Planet, and ALLLL those movies... we really do watch the choices we have...

9. I get HBO cuz it's cheaper than not getting it
It comes with a digital package that is $3 per month cheaper than getting basic cable plus the cable modem without digital. I thought I'd be watching "The Sopranos" and "Sex and the City" all the time but I've never sat through a whole episode of either. Instead, I watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Tracy Takes On..." whenever I can.
