1. Zombies, definitely!
Vampires have turned into teen-mutant-mormon-Utahns afraid to do what vampires are supposed to do!

5. I don't really care for either. I did like 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later,
but now it is all about True Blood! So freakin' awesome!

7. That's a tough call because each genre has its gems and its garbage
I'd probably give the vote to vampire films, though, because that would include films like this (the best ten bucks you could ever spend on a GREAT "so-bad-it's-good" double feature DVD). EXCELLENT for a Saturday afternoon / Saturday Night "Creature Features" craving:

8. Bite it, zombie fans. You'll never find...
a zombie starring in a TV series. (And there were at least four I can think of offhand). You'll also never find a zombie movie like "Innocent Blood."

Zombies are for slasher flicks and gorefests-- fine when you're in the mood for it, but vampires are sultry and sexy and have the best plotlines.

(Who would lust after a zombie?)

10. Not a huge fan of either, but I'll go with Zombies, hands down (pun intended)
Just because Sean of the Dead and Zombieland were so hilarious.

11. Zombies.
Most vamp flicks are Anne Rice/Twilight foo-foo nonsense. They rarely make a vampire movies anymore where they are actually monsters.

12. How true...
Real vampires should be like "30 Days of Night", not some lame teenager biting animals as in "Twitlight"

15. Zombies, of course.
Vampires can't kill (by exsanguination) a creature that's already dead--but zombies can definitely eat some vampire brains. :)

16. Also, zombies don't sparkle. That's a big plus in terms of movies.
