Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - anyone see this great movie yet?
I have such great friends! They don't pester me to see crap like that passion movie. They enjoy great thinking movies like the latest Jim Carrey movie.

I loved this movie and personally I'm not a big fan of Jim Carrey (I've never seen any of his shtick stuff like the Pet Detectives, Mask or anything else along those lines).

But this is damn great movie watching but probably because the script is from one of the best - Charles Kauffman (he also did 'Being John Malkovich' and 'Adaptation' - both which I loved).

Go see this movie, it's fabulous! It has wonderful twists to it and the supporting cast (Mark Ruffalo, Elijah Woods in his first non_LOTR role, Kirsten Dunst, Tom Wilkensen and the incredible Kate Winslet) make it worth forking out the bucks!!

1. I did--fantastic!!
Kirsten Dunst was heart-breaking....

My favorite part was Jim Carrey confronting his childhood bully as a grown man..."I'm not afraid of you any more, Freddie!"...and the five year old knocks him down and twists his arm behind his back...

A very fatalistic movie though....even with memory erased, the rails of destiny cannot be bent.

3. loved it!
And not just because we got to see Kirsten Dunst in her underwear (although that was a major plus)!

But this is definitely NOT Elijah Wood's first non-LOTR movie. He has been in films since he was a little kid, starting with "Back to the Future II".
