Update - Health Insurance Rant

Posted yesterday about my company going to a new health insurance April 1 that would have me pay $1500 upfront for surgery I need to have done to repair a paraumbilical hernia. Good news is that my surgeon was kind enough to extend his schedule this Tuesday so I can get in under my old insurance and not have a huge deductible, only a $250 co-pay.

Hopefully nothing else will come up after April 1st. I have a feeling the company is going to hear from some very unhappy employees as they realize what a crappy insurance plan they chose.

Thanks for all the support and I will let you all know how the surgery goes.
