CNN: Palin Brokers Partnership of Tea Party & Snake Handlers, Welcomes Joe the Snake Handler

CNN, PHOENIX - Sarah Palin, on the stump circuit for John McCain, dropped a major bombshell when she announced this morning that she has brokered a partnership with the Tea Party and the International Federation of Snake Handlers.

"And you know what? In 2012, we're going to send Barack Obama back to Chicago...darn tootin'...with your votes, and the help of this man right here."

She then introduced Joe The Snake Handler, a 42 year old unemployed electrician from Flagstaff who is also a member of the International Federation of Snake Handlers.

"I may not know much about politics, but I do know how to handle a snake," proclaimed Joe, whose real name is Samuel Joseph Bullard.

When asked to explain the difference between Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher, a.k.a. "Joe the Plumber," and Bullard, Palin replied "THIS Joe handles snakes. Snakes like Barack Obama," which drew smatterings of boos from the crows.

McCain, who was with Palin at the event, attempted to calm the crowd. "My friends, I know that Joe the Plumber and I had our differences of opinion. But Joe the Snake Handler is different. THAT ONE," he said, pointing to Joe the Snake Handler, "will lead us back to the White House in 2012.

Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher could not be reached for comment.
