18. Nope ...
I was one of the "older" dudes hanging out today. (Well, 39 isn't that old!) I took some time off (understanding & liberal bosses)from work to show my support for Governor Dean & to hear the Senator speak.

I hate to sound like a pundit but damn, that man does look "Presidential". I need to head on over to his website now to show my newfound support in more "tangible" ways.

they have to resort to violence?!

Jeez!

Walk away laughing -- excellent response!

20. yeah
If they have to resort to that sort of stupidity then they have no real point or purpose. It was all the response I needed from him...and I could see Metro walking over to him as I left too which made it even better

24. I had a group of 3 or 4 fratboys for Bush behind me.
I was wondering if they were going to start anything, but they were fairly well behaved during the event. We were over at the corner, stage right.

I laughed so hard when i saw them.

and fortunately the LaRouchites (who are EVERYWHERE at GW) were nowhere to be seen despite their threats of raising a ruckus

31. Yeah ...
As I was leaving there was a guy with a poorly drawn "Saddam, Osama and jong Il vote for Kerry" sign. The guy in front of me yelled "Actually Saddam would have voted for Reagan since he kept him in power & gave him his weapons systems". The crowd laughed and a couple of girls started talking to their friends "You know he's right ..."

9. You had to get tickets to get in
and they cut those off after a couple hundred because Kogan Plaza is so small, but there were a good 1,000 or so watching from buildings and milling around the outside of the block.

Dean said GW had the largest Dean students association
