Kim Kardashian was dumped by Reggie Bush because of her sex tape.

The American footballer but he was uneasy about settling down with the socialite because the 2007 video - which features raunchy footage of the brunette and her then-boyfriend Ray J - made his mother uncomfortable.

A source told X17 online: "Reggie's mom just could not get over the fact that Kim had a sex tape. Reggie and his family are very conservative, and he told Kim that a marriage is never going to happen between them because of the tape."

Kim is said to regret the video more than ever now as she believes she would still be with Reggie, 25, if it had never been made public.

The source added: "She's still crazy about him. If she didn't have the sex tape, she could have been Mrs. Bush."

You don't want that kind of thing in the permanent record. Kim did, while the camera was rolling, because she's the ultimate narcissist. Reggie didn't, because he didn;t want to spend the rest of his life knowing there was a readily-available video of a wannabe rapper peeing on his wife, and her on him.

He's quite clearly a R&B singer. Listen to "One Wish" for an example.

I got to see the video again because I don't remember the peeing scene nor have I seen it described. I didn't watch it on purpose, I was at someone's house over 2 years ago and he played the tape unexpectedly.

Though can't blame Reggie for leaving her over the sex tape. It's not something I would be comfortable with.

Edit-I guess he did pee on her based on sources such as TMZ and The Superficial. Just didn't remember seeing it that's all. :)

I just known about him long before there was any video because he was a cast member on One & One sitcom's final season. I also like R&B and listen to enough to know that he is no rapper or even tries to be. Judging by "One wish" he's ok though "Sexy Can I" was a hit but I'm not into those kind of songs whether they are good or not. If you judge his entire collection he is not very good compared to other R&B singers. He certainly doesn't hold a candle to Mary J Blige or Alicia Keys.

I usually ignore everything when it comes to celebrity news because I don't care. I clicked on this because I thought Mrs. Bush referred to a George Bush family member but was sucked into the discussion because it involves Reggie Bush. He was one of the best college players I've seen and I have seen him here locally at an USC v Arizona State game about 6 or 7 years ago and he was like a man against boys. Unbelievable. Also attended a Saints v Seahawks Sunday Night game 2 years ago or so and he was impressive as well in that game. You probably don't care about football but thought I explain anyway.

10. Well R. Kelly was acquitted

of those charges. It was unclear whether it was him on the video and I believed a mole (or lack thereof) played a role for the jury in acquitting him.

After my post I did a search and came across TMZ that said there is a scene of Ray J peeing on Kim but will be removed for the final cut of the DVD released through Vivid Videos. So it's a matter of whether you believe TMZ or not because from what I remember I did not see a pee scene in the video.

after my post because I didn't know for sure one way or the other, just that I did not see it.

TMZ has obtained an exclusive clip of the Kim Kardashian sex tape, and has learned that the infamous "water sports" scene will not be part of the final version.

The 40-second segment shows Kim and Ray J in bed as he tries to adjust the camera, "to get the right lighting." Kim then takes a turn posing while Ray J grabs a handful of her butt.

As TMZ first reported, the tape was said to have featured certain explicit acts. Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, coyly told TMZ that the sex tape that they received and are currently marketing does not contain water sports nor anything along those lines.
