An image of Ronald Reagan was seen emerging from the Gipper's tomb after the stone memorial levitated. Witnesses say he smiled and waved but couldn't hear their comments, at least he kept pointing to his ear and shaking his head in a no gesture. He seemed to be in a daze and wandering without direction, mumbling something about a colored guy in his house. Suddenly he saw his shadow and promised six more weeks of winter.
