If you're asking because you care, no. If you're asking in a belligerent way or in a way to slip something sexist into the conversation, possibly.

"Is it sexist to want to know why girls don't do as well as boys in math?" -- not sexist.

"Is it sexist when I compliment a woman on big breast?" -- possibly.

"Why is it sexist to say that I like my women to have big breasts?" -- sexist.

The correct term is "genderist." "Sex" is a reference to genitals, while "gender" is a reference to a broader variety of social constructs (including Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, Heterosexual, and various other gender identities).
