And I was simply going to agree. Women who are under 30 are sexy, too -- but I find as I get older (47), I have less and less to talk about with them. Plus, there's nothing quite so rattling as chatting a young lady up and having her call you "sir."

23. Well, here's a few I find sexy (off the top of my head)

Ten years older -- Susan Sarandon (to the day). I thought she was kind of weird-looking as an ingenue thirty-odd years ago, but she's aged beautifully.
My age -- Andie McDowell. Beautiful as a young woman and has only gotten better.
Ten years younger -- oh, let's say Molly Ringwald, though I'm sure it's not exactly ten years -- more like six or seven. Hard to go against the classics.
Twenty years younger -- Alicia Silverstone (also to the day). I'll add Drew Barrymore to the list, too -- not really a compatible type, I suspect, but I like her attitude and think she's cute in a vaguely crazy kind of way.
The first famous actress I can remember having a major crush on was Lee Remick (twenty years older). I still think she was one of the most beautiful women ever to grace the screen.

In the real world, I've been married (and divorced) twice. My first wife is ten years older than me and my second is fourteen years younger. I guess I look at age as just a number -- though that open-mindedness didn't help a bit when it came to, as my dad used to say, "talking across the breakfast table." Polly (six years my senior) and I have been happily shacking up for three-plus years now, thank you very much, and see no reason to tie any knots.
