9. Interesting... I'm a huge absinthe fan, but I haven't tried the others you mentioned.
Except for schnaps. I grew up in Wisconsin, after all.

12. A glass or two of red wine on a rare occasion now.
.
Used to be Scotch on the rocks, soda on the side.
.
Used to be rum and lots of things.
.
Used to be shots of tequila or Jack.
.
Used to be Jim Beam and coke.
.
Used to be Boone's Farm (going WAY back for that one).
.
Always beer.
.
At one point, (YUM) ouzo and (DOUBLE YUM) idiocy. But
that stopped abruptly and forever.

MD20/20? Where you had to close one eye to be able to focus? That was some nasty shit.

Glad I got past that stage, I'm tellin' ya.

.
...I don't believe I ever even tasted MD 20/20.
.
Boone's Farm, Annie Greensprings, cheap wines but not the
fortified stuff.
.
Germany saved me from my bad wine habit.

We've made it this far and have lived to tell about it, so I suppose there's not a whole lot that can derail us any more.

23. Beer or gin....and as far as gin goes, Tanqueray used to be it
nowadays, I only drink Bombay Sapphire, and when I'm in a real pinch Gordon's London Dry ( it's what my Mom and Dad always used to buy )

26. Ideally, Captain Morgan and RC with a lime wedge.
But Cap'n & Coke will do fine.

I just love that spiced rum. Fruity flavored vodka is pretty good, too, but Captain Morgan also works quite well with orange juice or fruit punch.

It's a rare year that I drink more than four or five times, though.
