...wouldn't be paying me back. I hope this doesn't sound like I'm trying to position myself as a martyr, but she's never paid me back. I guess that's just because I'm her daughter. Well, she needs $913 to be exact, but I just rounded it up to $1k for unexpected costs. $87.00 probably wouldn't cover incidentals anyway, but I just rounded up to 1k. So I'm not sure she can take a lesser amount.

Someone finally answered at the place (different location, same company), and said that it would be no interest for the first 30 days, and after that, she would pay $24 of every 100 she borrowed in interest alone. That is ridiculous, so... not sure what to tell her.

She's decided not to go after I've discussed the terms of this loan with her, but she's still asking two friends if they can help with anyway. I guess if they can't, I will have to step in.

I have been in similar situations. I have given the money and have never seen a dime in repayment, nor even an offer.
But it was the right thing to do at the time.
