I don't even know that there's a single word to describe this, but I'm consistantly attracted to the type of woman that makes me want to be a better person in general. I tire of anyone (male or female) who views themselves as entitled to some kind of 'special' treatment based on some demographic. I long ago got as tired of women with a "I'll let you have a little" attitude as I did of men with a "get a little" attitude. It's about partnering, not about bookkeeping, not about games, and not about lying there until I'm done. It's about participation.

If she opens the door for herself and me, I'll open it for her. Stand there waiting with an attitude of entitlement and she can stand there until hell freezes over as far as I'm concerned. I guess confidence is kind of the most important thing for attracting my attention, but the last two are completely necessary to keep it. Its kind of a question of what she/I are looking for - if its a one night stand or just casual sex then looks and confidence.
