Question for DUers with usernames that are a play on Bush's name

stoppedbush. I'd make a request to the powers-that-be at DU to somehow keep my tally of posts, etc...but I won't request it under oath!!

4. I solved that problem early

I started out as "bushwah" -- nothing to do with Bush, actually, just something that had come to mind some time before I posted here, when I was taunting some anti-choicer on some anti-choice board somewhere and wanted a new name from the one I'd been using.

It seemed to fit right in here ... and I was amazed that nobody was using it already! But it got to seeming a bit generic, and a bit, er, brusque in many circumstances. So I reverted to the very first internet name I'd ever had, which nothing and no one else in the world has ever had (well, except a river formerly known as Iverglas somewhere in Ireland, apparently.)

A tip for people changing names: I just made my sig line «the poster formerly known as 'bushwah'» for a while.
