Emigration from the US
Does anyone know of a site with information about people emigrating from the US? All I can find is info for people coming here. What I'm interested in finding out is how many people leave each year and where do they go. Anyone know of a place to find this out? Thanks.

4. They don't have to vote before they leave.
All they have to do is walk into any U.S. Embassy and vote.

8. Some details on emigrating to scotland
To emigrate to scotland, you'll need to get a universtiy
qualification there and stay on... here are the details:

"We want to encourage overseas students who graduate from Scottish universities to consider making Scotland their home. I am pleased to welcome you to Scotland today."
http://www.scotland.gov.uk

http://www.planning.ed.ac.uk/scottish_heis.htm
Here is a link page for the universities. A scottish university is preferable because the cost of living is lower, and the immigration requirement (as you can read in the link above) is around scotland.

This is the home office (INS) for the straight details on visa types.
