1. I have many times. I simply can't stand the smell/taste of the water.
Even filtering it doesn't help.

3. I'm sure your state is lovely, but
MadinMaryland says all there is to see in Delaware is tollbooths. We have tollbooths in Illinois and I don't see driving that far for that.

Sorry.

4. You fucking village idiots need to get over the Delaware Tollbooth thingie
Seriously - you act like Delaware is the only state EVER to actually have a tollbooth and btw, if you talk to people from Delaware - we aren't stupid enough to drive thru them.

Why don't you STFU about it and come visit my state - I'll show you what a wonderful lil place we have here.

Honestly, does madinmaryland have a life or does he just sit around and obsess about tollbooths 24x7.

Yes, Lynne, you are sounding like a broken record!!!

seemingly endless miles of malls. Amazing!

I do know people who live there, but I haven't seen any of them for years.

24. My band used to play this GREAT dive in Wilmington...
.
...where the "house band" (a punk band) had a singer who performed
in nothing but a clear plastic raincoat with a pack of Marlboro's in one
of the pockets. He was AWESOME.
.
But, to be honest... when the gigs were over, we could not WAIT to
get back home to Pennsylvania. SERIOUSLY.
.
But only because the bars in Delaware closed at 1 AM, and if we busted
ass and packed up our equipment FAST, we could make it back home in
time for last call there.
.
Ahhhhhh (hicburp)... Home Sweet Home.
.

26. Can't remember now...
.
If I remember correctly, it was a main street (don't
remember meandering at ALL after getting off the
highway). Just your standard small dive (except for
that exceptionally unique singer and his band).
.
BUT...
.
a) It was 20-25 years ago.
.
b) I've been involved with more dives than Greg Louganis.
.
c) Why do you think they called me dope?
.
d) b) & c)
.
.
If I were to wager... I'd bet the farm on the last one.
.
.
.
The rhythm guitarist and I got stopped at a sobriety checkpoint
one night on that mad rush for last call at home. The officer
took one look at all our equipment in the back seat and just
waved us through.
.
.
If I were a prevaricator, I'd've padded that last comment by
saying he played a li'l Wayne & Garth air guitar first.
.
