Poll question: Is my personality like
Edited on Fri Mar-26-04 04:47 PM by HypnoToad
Paul Lynde on crack
William Shatner on speed

Somewhere in the middle?

Somebody else's parallel universe?

2. ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did need a laugh, thanks! :D

I should really say Capt Kirk on speed, because Shatner's real-life personality is a bit undesireable at times...

3. LOL yeah..
But Shatner is cool because he is willing to make fun of himself. Like in Airplane 2. Oh my gawd! :D Best. Shatner. Ever!

I want to see Shatner, Christopher Walken and a few other actors all get together for a movie.

Not that I have anything against Christopher Walken, but his acting style reminds me a bit of Shatner. I would love to see them together along with others who do a similar style.

It would be the greatest camp film of all time.

4. Point taken!
Yeah, Shatner can camp himself up when needed - and it WORKS too. Not many actors can do it successfully.

I dig Walken too. He was fun in "A View to a Kill", of which I am one of the three remaining fans left alive. :-)

5. Walken was in a View to a Kill?
Like, James Bond double O seven, View to a Kill? Hrrm.. *IMDB*

I'll be damned he was... Now I remember him... doh! I had totally spaced on him being in it. I like most Bond movies. I had forgotten about AVTAK because I watched it so much when I was younger I haven't watched it again since.

To me Walken's best moments are in Suicide Kings, True Romance and Pulp Fiction. He is also great in every episode of SNL he hosts.

7. I'll check out those flicks...
Thanks!

I recall he was in SNL a few times. Yes, I do rather agree - he's suited for the show. I'd recommend he become a regular, but his career would tank afterwards. :-(
