7. Did anyone else here ever have the opportunity to see either band?

I'm eternally glad we have their recorded work-but these guys were capable of blowing away most anyone live. Anyone that actually experienced a performance by either is fortunate indeed.

8. How about Junior Wells Chicago Blues Band?

Junior on harp, Buddy Guy on guitar, Jack Myers on bass, Fred Below on drums. The album Hoodoo Man Blues is one of the greatest CHicago blues albums. Of course Magic Sam's West Side Soul is a contender.

9. Little Walter beat him in one of these a few weeks ago

but all of these artists are/were GREAT, and I can only hope that these polls bring the music to life, especially for the folks here who have never heard Chicago style blues.
