5. I do too, but you know it's just wasted energy worrying about that stuff
And even though I know that I still can help but do it sometimes. :)

I'm getting better, though. There are some things in my history that used to just crush me and actually ruin my day by recalling them in detail. Now days I just shake it off. I think the key is to be active and do new things. You have learned from past mistakes. Now let's make some new memories that will be fond to recall.
